Aaron and I believe that every day and night we spend together is special. We don't need to get all dolled up, make reservations, or plan out an evening together to consider it a 'date'. Just spending time together is perfectly fine with us! Some of our best dates have been spent cuddiling on the couch watching a new movie or out running random errands around town, the most important ingredient for both of these acivities is us.Today is no exception. After we got off work we needed to get our sweet baby car washed.. since driving it to Jerome awhile back there have been some buggies camping out on the front! We took it to a self car wash and took turns going through quarters to wash it up! We had a blast together :) We took the car for a quick spin [key work, quick as in fast] to dry it off and then later Aaron went and grabbed some pizza and we ate it in bed while watching Friends. Can you say, perfect?! :)
I feel like my parents are a prime example of this kind of love. They have been together for about 22 years and are still so in love. You can tell by just what they do, together. Key word is together. They just retired and are currently living in the south without any bratty kids around [yes, I am claiming to be one of those brats! :)] and are enjoying just the time they have together [don't forget Annabell, their sweet little doggy!!]. They don't plan things out or take these foreign trips to exotic places, they enjoy the simple pleasures in their life and mostly, they enjoy each other.
