3rd day of birthMONTH - What we do on an average day!

Yesterday was the Superbowl, but it was just an average weekend day off with both my loves! I made sure to request the day off for Aaron a long time ago - there was no way I was going to watch the Super Bowl alone... even if the Seahawks weren't playing! Luckily, they were and we decided to make some wings and yummy food. We also decided to paint our bedroom all morning... The bottom is the before.. an ugly BRIGHT red that made the room just so dark. We chose a nice blue for an accent wall and an off white for the rest. I can't wait to put up pictures and other things to spruce it up more! Now, time for new curtains!!

On to our dearest... Brinnley seems to be the most happiest when both Aaron and I are home. Thankfully, that happens at least once a week or every few days. Most nights we are all together for a few hours and we savor that time together! Brinnley lights up when she sees either of us and is always wanting to be around one of us, it usually isn't one over the other, she loves us both equally it seems and isn't more fond of mommy or daddy - except when she is tired, she tends to want mama! :)  I swear, her worst moments are mostly when only one of us is around! It's crazy but so sweet at the same time. We spent the day laughing and having a great time as we watched football and Brinnley had a blast playing with her Uncle Jason and even Skyler who came over for awhile. She was so tired by the time her bedtime came around that she went right to sleep! (Excuse the quality of these pictures as Aaron is a horrible cameraman and my iPhone isn't the best either!)

Here's to another day in February and one day closer to our little love turning 1!
