Past or future?!

Lately work has been ridiculously slow, like crazy slow.
Today was no exception.
The good thing about it being slow at work?
Lots of random conversations!
There are a handful of newbies so it's been nice to get to know of them and see how they will be doing, especially with the holiday season coming.. they either will crumble or do really well. haha, so true though!
Well, one of the newbies and I were talking and the topic of time came up.
I asked her, would you rather go back in time or go to the future?
Her reply, I wouldn't want to see what my future is like so I would go back in time..
But if you went back in time then you would change what your present day and future would look like!
I wouldn't go back to change anything about my life - for example, I would go back to see what my grandma was like, I never knew her and would want to know what she was like. And my childhood, I would want to re-live some of the moments I don't remember or take more advantage of the times I didn't take advantage of..
Wanna know what I would do??
I would go back in time, find the people I never had the courage to yell at and
bite their freakin' heads off!!
You see, I have never been good at confrontations and when I get into situations where I need to either defend myself or make a statement or yell or whatever and I end up not letting them know how stupid and wrong or horrible they are! There are so many people in my past that I wish I had the nerve before to tell them how I was really feeling, or how I really felt about certain situations or how I really didn't like them or what they were doing, etc...

I know that all things that have happened in my life though have led me to where I am now and I wonder if I had had the courage to stand up to these people if I really would be where I was..
If I hadn't met my ex in college and went on to marry him and then went and moved here to good ole' Boise (yuck) then I never would have had to transfer to TSA in Nampa and never would have met Aaron and never would have fallen in love with him and never would have been this happy. I never knew what true love and happines in a relationship was until I met Aaron. I never knew how a girl was suppossed to be treated and cared for and looked out for and supported like I have been with Aaron.
You  may think this is really cruel of me to say considering I was married before and spent 5 years of my life with my ex-husband, but when you have gone through a relationship like me and my ex experienced and then you are in my shoes currently.. you would understand, but ultimately, no one will ever understnd and if I had to courage or even cared what other people thought about my previous sentences, then I would attempt to tell you off, but I've been through all that drama and like I've said before, I'm over it.
